One system for businesses that build, sell and rent property

BuilderOne runs your leads, unit sales, installments, tenancies, construction sites, purchasing and payroll — and puts every one of those transactions into the same set of books.

  • Installment selling, PKR books and tax codes built in
  • Set up for you by our team
  • Share documents on WhatsApp

Connected, end to end

Every sale, rent and purchase ends up in the same ledger

Each document carries forward to the next step — and every lane ends in the same books.

What do you run?

Pick the closest match. Most of our customers are more than one of these — which is exactly why it is one system.

From first enquiry to handed-over unit — and recognised revenue

Track every unit from hold to handover in one sales pipeline, bill installments from the plan the customer signed, and know exactly who owes what today.

  • Price lists and installment plans that become each customer’s own schedule
  • Collections and recovery worklist — overdue installments by age, oldest first
  • Cancellations, transfers and refunds handled as proper documents, not journal fixes
  • Revenue recognised at handover with a journal you preview before posting

The platform

Ten modules that behave like one product

Separate tools disagree with each other. BuilderOne shares the three things that make departments agree.

  • One record for every party

A customer, tenant, owner, supplier or contractor is entered once in a shared directory — and keeps one history wherever they appear.

  • One project on every transaction

Sales, purchases, contractor bills and payroll all carry the project they belong to, so project profit is a report, not a workbook.

  • One set of books

Every module’s documents post to the same general ledger, chart of accounts and accounting periods. Nothing is re-keyed.

How the platform fits together

Operations + accounting

The accounts keep up with the business

When a customer pays an installment or a contractor’s bill is approved, the accounting entry is already prepared — with the right accounts, project and period. Finance reviews and posts.

  • Prepared from the source document. Receipts, invoices, bills, payouts, payroll and depreciation each map to your chart of accounts.
  • Posted under Finance’s control. One queue in Accounting for sales, rental, purchasing and contractor documents — post a single document, or a selection together.
  • Corrected by reversal, never by overwrite. Closed periods refuse new postings, so reported figures stay reported.
  • Traceable both ways. Every journal names the document it came from.
A sale file for unit V-07 at Northgate Villas: lifecycle Hold → Booked → Agreement → Collecting → Handover → Handed over; sale value, invoiced and collected PKR 119,700,000; revenue recognised by journal JV-000012.
A sale file after handover: the sale closed, revenue recognised and posted as journal JV-000012. Demo data.

Workflow & Approval Center

Nothing moves money without the right people seeing it

Set up who checks and who approves each kind of document. Everyone then works from one Approval Center instead of chasing signatures on paper and WhatsApp.

  • Approval routes you configure — up to six check-and-approve steps, assigned to a person or a role
  • Substitutes and step due dates so a route does not stall when someone is away
  • Amount bands for purchasing, so bigger orders go higher
  • One inbox for purchase orders, contractor bills, payroll runs, sales agreements, investor transactions and more

Reporting & dashboards

Answers from the system, not from a workbook

A report library covering every module, and a Home screen that tells each person what needs them today.

  • Financial statements — trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet, company-wide or for one project
  • Operational registers — rent roll, customer ledger, ageing, owner statements, payroll and more
  • Excel, PDF and print from every report — and share a report on WhatsApp
  • A Home you can arrange — figures, alerts and shortcuts filtered to what your role may see

For every seat in the office

Each person sees their own work — and only that

Roles decide which modules, screens, figures and reports a person gets. Here is what a typical morning looks like.

  • Owner / managementCash, receivables and payables across the business, and the approvals waiting on you.
  • Sales teamToday’s follow-ups, the deal pipeline, held units about to lapse.
  • CollectionsOverdue installments and rent by age, with promises to pay.
  • Property managerVacancies, agreements ending, this month’s billing run, owner payouts.
  • Site & procurementRequests, quotes and orders in progress; bills against each contract.
  • Finance & HRDocuments ready to post, periods to close, payroll runs to approve.

How it compares

One system, instead of four that disagree

Most property businesses run on a mix of these. Each is good at one thing; none covers the whole business.

Control

Built to hold other people’s money

Installments, deposits, owner funds and payroll deserve more than a shared spreadsheet.

  • Your company’s data is isolated in the database itself, not just hidden by the screen.
  • Fine-grained roles. Build your own roles from hundreds of individual permissions.
  • A tamper-evident audit trail behind business events, and a history on each document.
  • The person who raises a document cannot approve it where duties are separated.

What we will not tell you

  • That thousands of companies use it. BuilderOne is a new product from the PBooksPro team; we do not publish invented logos or ratings.
  • That you can sign up and be live in five minutes. We set up your company with you.
  • That there is a mobile app. BuilderOne is a cloud application for desktop and laptop browsers.
